Charcoal Filter Model HP-L, HP-XL, 8-12 and 10-16

Description

This optional charcoal filter is for the JDS Air-Tech HP-L, HP-XL, 8-12 and 10-16 models. It is a 20″ x 24″ x 1″ filter, the actual size of the filter is 19.75″ x 23.75″ x .75″. This charcoal filter has 3 lbs. of charcoal and can remove various chemicals from the air by adsorbing them to the surface area of the activated charcoal. It is installed in front of the diffusing filter on the back of the unit. It will eliminate chemicals, odors, and other fumes. The average life of this filter ranges from 2 to 4 months, when used regularly. The actual life of the filter will depend on the amount of chemicals and fumes created each day.
